Can I track my order?

Yes. On the day of shipment, we'll email you shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information.


Do you purchase jewellery?

To discuss selling your personal items of jewellery, please contact us directly on ADD NUMBER or send us message using our 'Contact Us' form.


What are your shipping policies?

Provided there is no resizing or engraving to be applied to your item, we aim to send your purchase within 48 hours. We use Royal Mail’s Next Day Special Delivery which requires a signature on receipt and is fully insured to the value of the parcel.


Can you size my ring for me?

Yes! If the ring you are interested in shows multiple size options, this ring is suitable for sizing or is available in different sizes.

What is your return policy?

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from when they were shipped, no questions asked. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation.

Engraved jewellery items other than rings may not be returned.
